In 2003 : The association TEAM as the first cluster of outsourced automotive expertise was founded.
Today, in 2010, this cluster is currently composed of more than 150 members, all coming from the automotive sector, mainly the two French automakers and the original equipment manufacturers.
In 2008 : Several members of TEAM association worked on a project in order to gather expertise and to offer a different and original consulting approach through specific modules.
In 2009 : Team Auto Consulting SAS was founded by thirteen members. Currently, the company relies on the competence and experience of over 70 experts. Transfer of good practices, generation and implementation of new ideas, Team Auto Consulting brings its expertise and know-how to projects and business in the automotive, aerospace, rail and energy sectors.
In 2010 : In Aeronautics, Team Auto Consulting has recently received approval from the SPACE Organization (Supply chain Progress towards Aeronautical Community Excellence) that allows four of its consultants to be listed as experts in general diagnosis , industrial diagnosis, logistics, quality management, lean manufacturing, planning (MRPII), project management, change management and multilingual practice.
In 2011 : As part of the PFA (Platform of the Automotive Industry), group GT3.1 “Information Technologies and Communication”, a process was launched to assist suppliers of the sector, in their development projects or change : ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) , implementation of EDI or Web EDI with an evolution of tools and messages existing and automation interfaces.
One of our experts was selected as an expert consultant by the PFA and started a mission with the Automotive Cluster Champagne Ardenne.
In 2011 : Capital increase of 11 000 euros by the arrival of eleven new partners by increasing the number of associate consultants from thirteen to twenty-four. The reinforcement of these additional skills allows to enrich and extend our offering, as close to market demands and our customers.
In 2011 : Obtaining the statement of activity as a training provider in accordance with Article R.6351-6 of the Labour Code (Nr 11 92 18198 92).
