For several months, Team Auto Consulting SAS has been actively working to develop business in the aerospace industry. To obtain recognition of its experts know-how, the first axis of our strategy was to obtain approval from the SPACE Association, which includes the GIFAS and the major aerospace contractors.
Catherine Marzin, aerospace development leader, and Didier Peborde, Chairman, had met Mr. Rene COLIN, Operations Director of SPACE in Toulouse, France. Following that meeting, Mr. COLIN confirmed his interest in starting a partnership with Team Auto Consulting and had presented their program to improve aerospace suppliers performance, including an accreditation process consultants. The expertise requested were: general diagnosis, industrial diagnosis, logistics, quality management, lean manufacturing, planning (MRPII), project management, change management and multilingual practice.
Thus, by their expertise in this industry, Jean-Marc Guérinot, Francois Lassalle, Catherine Marzin and Jean-Philippe Thomé were selected in order to be referenced as expert consultants.
