Graduated as mechanical engineer « Arts &Métiers » , Jacques Manlay worked more than 30 years in PSA (Peugeot-Citroën) Group both in France and overseas. With activities in industrial and procurement areas, he has been involved with partners from the whole world.
In Brazil, he made studies and projects covering new facilities and localisation of components.
In Nigeria in charge of purchasing and later as managing director of the Peugeot JV, he developped and secured the operations through shaky environments.

In France, as head of department to promote PSA OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturers) components sales on North-America and North Europe , he acquired a good knowledge of these automotive markets.
Expatriate in India, deputy managing director of the Peugeot JV in Mumbai, he built the relevant company’s organization, launched a new model and implemented a solid localisation policy with Indian suppliers.By recruiting local managers, he acquired a strong experience of multicultural management.
Based in Paris, in charge of the PSA cooperation with other carmakers, he coordinated industrial facilities operations (production and cars launching) in France, Italy, Turkey and China.
Expatriate in Iran, he supervised the activities of the local partner manufacturing cars under licence: production, localisation, distribution.
