A graduate of Polytechnique School of Brasov, Romania, Florin Afendulis had his first professional experience within a research department, whose mission was to design mechanical systems technology in order to improve working conditions for human operators. They had to study various existing jobs and replace them with better ergonomic solutions. The goal was to design, implement the systems and then follow them once installed, ensuring that their new functions were fulfilled. During this same time, he was also in charge of the operators training.
Then in TREVES, a tier one automotive supplier, where he evolved within the field of management control. After attending several trainings with CEGOS, which granted him an economic vision of the product, he was responsible for financial and economic monitoring. His main tasks were to achieve the cost, business plans and monitoring of products marging during development.
In the same context, he was project leader for the implementation of a financial tool for the company, a tool connected to a database which monitored all technical items (articles, schedules, lines) and all economical parameters (purchase price, rate minutes).
Subsequently he participated in the tool deployment and users training within the group.
In 2009, he created FA Creative Consulting, a consulting firm specialized in economic studies and in commercial representation in France of the Gourmet Society - Tradition GmbH.
In 2010, he joined Team Auto Consulting in order to bring his expertise and know-how in the field of technical and economic studies in France and abroad.
